Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, and every order includes tracking at no extra cost.

Delivery times & rates (continental U.S. only)

• Standard delivery: **5–7 business days** after your order ships
• Shipping rate: **flat $4.99** per order
• **FREE shipping on orders of $59 or more** (before taxes)

Delivery estimates are in business days and may vary slightly during peak holiday periods or due to carrier delays outside our control. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the **contiguous United States only**. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping issues

If your tracking shows a problem (delivered but not received, damaged in transit, or no movement for several days), contact us at support@velinfashion.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier and we will help you resolve it.
